To guide teams in creating, solving and improving together, I create a culture of collaboration by welcoming unique expertise and diverse perspectives. Through an inclusive design process and a bias towards action, teams develop a growth mindset and discover quickly what works and why.

To develop shared purpose and build confidence around a new strategy, I listen and and ask users, communities, teams and stakeholders for their feedback. It is their experience and wisdom, balanced with business outcomes, that informs the approach, influences decisions and leads to impactful work.
